Would you refresh my memory as to the title of this relaxation CD, so that I may get a copy for those of us in Canada? I think it would be really helpful. Thanks.

Kam,

I emailed you on your private account, I hope you get it. I gave you

my address. THanks so much Kam for sending me the CD, I do not think

I appear to be as " together " as you are for my surgery.....I am so

nervous and can't sleep at night etc. I find myself worrying about

it all the time..it is just one of those things where you want to

wake up and have it OVER, done with !!!How have you been so centered

and calm? It is amazing to me...you are incredible!! Send some of
