Also I'm a celiac from 2.5 years ago and I have begun to eat some fruit (a

little) after six month without it. But Doctor say me that perhaps now I'm

not celiac. (I was " athrophic guts " by biopsy, sorry my english). The doctor

tell you anything of this? Are you better now?

Saludos

Hello Saludos,

I think your doctor may have made a mistake in his diagnosis. No

way, you can have it and then not have it! You should have it

checked again by another doctor. Or, you can just stop eating gluten

and see how it affects you. According to what is believed about

celiac is that it is an inherited autoimmune multi-system disease.

You are born with it. Even though you are born with it you could go

through life without ever knowing it and not have any symptoms! You

could show the affects of the disease at birth on through-out your

life. Or, the disease can be triggered anytime in your life by a

stress. I had no symptoms until a few months after I went through a

stressful time when my mom passed away. So now I will have it for

the rest of my life. A celiac must not eat gluten, ever! It can even

be fatal if you do. It is believed that once you have it, you cannot

get rid of it. I am believing that once I get through the candida

diet that my celiac symptoms will be gone too!

Eating fruit has nothing to do with celiac. It's gluten you have to

avoid for celiac. I am not familier with the term athrophic guts,

but will look it up.

Best of health,

Del
