Dear Kristilee:

No, no studies have been done on Thyrodine. It is a product of a natural

therapy clinic. There are a number of medical and naturopathic clinics

throughout the world that regularly prescribe this product.

Are you aware of 'studies' that have been done on synthroid??? This product

has been in litigation for quite some time by a number of people due to

fairly drastic side effects.

" Studies " generally involve utilizing a product on a number of people while

administering a placebo to a similar number and then tallying results. This

assumes that all the people have the same problems [an impossibility].

No, Thyrodine has simply been 'proven' in thousands of clinical applications

by myself and perhaps 50 other medically trained personnel and naturopaths.

I simply offer this product as an alternative to synthetic or pig derived

drugs. Many folks object to synthetics and the case histories bear this out.

I would like to suggest that if the Thyrodine and the protocol for using it

were utilized, the chances are that there would be far fewer people writing

in telling of having lost their glands to RAI. Yes, after RAI you're hooked.

You no longer have any glands to respond. How many 'studies' have been done

to justify mutilation as a therapy??

Simply accept that Thyrodine has restored thyroid dysfunction in thousands

of people all over the world. It works effectively and cheaply with no side

effects.

I simply do not know of any other product that will do that.

Now, if thats spamming or offering snake oil, then so be it. Would you

prefer not to know about remedies that have clinically proven track records?

Or are you content with just the multi-billion dollar propaganda by big drug

companies to sell you synthetics....and side effects?

best wishes,

Earl

Dear Karla:

I appreciate your feedback about this list, Although I do manufacture

Thyrodine, the reason I make it is because it has helped thousands of my

patients to regain their health and energy. I am but a small clinic with no

appreciable resources. We dont conduct " trials. " What we do is to put people

on supplements and then observe the results. If the results are lacking,

then we improve the remedy. Today, there are several medical clinics in

Arizone, Florida and Oregon and well as Spain and Cyprus regularly ordering

and using Thyrodine. There are possibly 30 naturopathic and medical clinics

using it regularly here in new Zealand.

I too deplore the failure of the synthetics or pig to aid thyroid function

in any way. Thats why I've made the Thyrodine available to this list. If

folks really feel that I'm spamming or laying trips on them, I'll happily

stop sending data about thyroid dysfunction.

best wishes,

Earl

I have never posted to this list...I joined it trying to learn if there are

some other alternatives available to me other than presciption drugs for my

hypothyroid problem (I'm on 2 grains of Armous...diagnosed at the end of

May). I joined this list after months on two other hypothyroid lists that

are constant and on-going complaint lists about Synthoid, Armour, Cytomel,

Thyrolar, other common drugs for hypothyroid and their side-effects. It

seems that there is almost no one on those lists who feels well or happy, or

have doctors that prescribe anything other than T4 generators. And those

lists can quote lab values with the best of them...

I'm not criticizing those lists, but I joined this list hoping to find

someone who has some alternative solutions to hypothyroid disease because I

sure as heck am not seeing it elsewhere. And it does seem that some people

here ARE finding help with thyrodine...I'm just about ready to give it a

shot. I'd rather be out training my dogs or doing almost anything instead

of reading complaints about thyroid drugs in my research to be feeling

better. Or fights about how vitamins and minerals are not scientifically

provable. I already know that most doctors pay no attention to alternative

therapies if they can help it, but I also know for myself that I feel a

great deal better taking kelp, for instance.

If you want to find out what doesn't work, try a few of the other thyroid

lists. I'm excited to find that people are finding solutions with

'alternatives' here on this one. And I don't need science to tell me how

I'm feeling. I have tried a few of the supplements that are included in

thyrodine just to see if I thought it might help me, and I do feel better.

And anecdotal evidence is the precursor to scientific study, so if there are

people feeling better on thyrodine, doesn't that make you feel better about

it?!

Best,

Has anyone tried Thyrostart? I have been on it for at least 6 months, and

don't feel like it is doing a whole lot. The ingredients seem to be the

same as the Thyrodine, so my question is how is the Thyrodine doing for

others of you out there, especially those with 1/2 a thyroid or no thyroid.

Thanks,

Hi Kip:

I'm interested in finding out how you started on your Thyrodine

treatment. Did you also do the Immunoguard? Did you stop your Synthroid

completely before starting Thyrodine or did you do it in combination

with? I'm on Synthroid and Thyrolar and am feeling extremely lousy and

would like another alternative.

Did you ever experience any side effects (nervousness, heart palpitations,

etc.) with Thyrodine?

Ann, Yes,

I did use Immunoguard. No, I didn't stop the Synthroid first. I taped

off slowly while using the Thyrodine, 12.5 mcg every two weeks or so. In

fact at first I taped off too quickly, and had to go back up to 75 mcg

and then go slowly. The Thyrodine had no side

effects. Kip

Sandy, I

stepped down 12.5 mcg at a time, every two weeks or so. I started with

150 mcg so it would have taken me about 24 weeks, but at first I stepped

down to none too quickly, and had to go back up to 75 mcg and step down

more slowly, so it took a little longer. Kip

Dear Joy:

Thyrodine from our web site costs US$40 which includes shipping. Where did

you get the idea that there was any additional charge??

What we do suggest is.....that since many people harbour various pathogenic

micro-organisms, such as herpes, Epstein-Barr virus, CMV, Candida, etc., we

are strongly suggesting that people consider doing the Thyrodine protocol

which consists of a natural antibiotic to eliminate pathogens, Psyllium

Hulls Complex to clear toxic debris from the intestines and a probiotic to

restore gut function....before taking Thyrodine.

There's where your $100 came from.

We find that Thyrodine has a better effect if the pathogenic presence is

addressed first, but that is your decision. You can order just Thyrodine at

$40 if you so choose. Its not our recommendation, but you can do whatver you

like.

best wishes,

Earl

Can Thyrodine be taken with prescribed thyroid medication, or does it replace

Dear Zosia:

The whole purpose of Thyrodine is to restore thyroid function.

It takes the place of " meds " which are simply utilized to suppress symptoms.

Thyrodine is available on the net at www.thyrodine.com

It is specifically not a drug or medicine, it is a nutritional supplement

specifically designed to supply the thyroid with all the raw materials it

needs to make T4 and convert whatever is required to T3.

Since many people harbor some form of pathogenic micro-organisms, we are

suggesting that folks consider doing the Thyrodine Protocol first to

eliminate any virus, bacteria, yeast [Candida] or fungus before taking the

Thyrodine.

This protocol will eliminate any potential auto-immune dysfunction,

including, Hashimotos, thyroiditis, and even addresses Graves Disease. It is

not necessary ever to use RAI or surgery to combat hyperthyroid.

The above protocol prior to taking Thyrodine will overcome, in most

instances, any of these thyroid dysfunctions.

Women additionally need to consider taking a natural progesterone to offset

possible estrogen dominance which causes most gynecological problems.

We have perfected an oral Progespray-F, which in addition to the best

natural progesterone in vitamin E oil, also supplies adrenal stress herbs,

anti-oxidant herbs, vitex agnus castus, a herb that encourages better

production and utilization of progesterone and the herb coleus which

supports thyroid and heart function.

You can find these options at www.thyrodine.com

Best wishes,

Earl

The Thyroid Treatment Success Story

(written by Dr. Earl Conroy)

Thyroid conditions have been difficult to treat in modern day

medical terms. Not only does the condition usually go undiagnosed,

but if and when it is diagnosed the medical doctors have very little

they can do about it within the scope of their profession. The number

of people who come to us explaining that their Doctor made them feel

like they were going mad, like they were somehow stupid and just

experience all sorts of horrid symptoms due to some sort of

mental/personal imbalance... I have been astounded at the poor level

of treatment people have had and going to get.

The solution that I have developed for completely restoring thyroid

function in most people began its journey more than 25 years ago when

I was reading some material about a formula that would balance out

all the hormones and endocrine glands. That interested me so I made

some of the remedy and I began to research its potential.

What I discovered was that it was especially efficient at restoring

thyroid function. So, now I began to check out all the literature I

could find on thyroid disorders, including Broda marvellous

book, " Hypothyroid, the Unsuspected Illness. " Dr. suggested

that hypothyroid appeared to be a causative factor in many

degenerative conditions, in almost all female imbalances, and even in

heart pathology.

REWRITING THE FORMULA:

" This formula has been changing people's lives. "

I soon discovered that the original remedy I had come across was

missing key ingredients that were needed to make it work a great deal

more effectively. After further research and testing over a number of

years, I substantially changed the formula to one that could

effectively and rapidly regenerate the thyroid and named it

Thyrodineâ„¢.

Thyrodineâ„¢ is a 100% natural remedy that has proven to be effective

time and time again over many years of use by me in my clinic, and by

numerous other conventional and natural therapists that prescribe

this product in a number of countries around the world. This great

formula has also now helped thousands of people world-wide via this

website.

Now what is in Thyrodineâ„¢ and what makes it so unique? Thyrodine is

composed of the exact nutritional elements that the thyroid requires

to synthesise T4, thyroxine and to convert T4 to T3, tri- iodo-

thyronine, the 'active' hormone, in the precise ratios required by

the body. In recent years and months I have started to see other

thyroid type supplements out there, but they would seem to have been

developed and marketed by companies that do not have the same degree

of clinical experience and observation of thyroid disorders. They

without fail fall short of " getting it right " .

When supplementing with Thyrodineâ„¢, I generally find that four

bottles, each bottle being a 35-45 day supply, will fully restore

thyroid function - when used as part of our amazing Thyroid

Regeneration Program. Occasionally, more bottles may be needed. The

effects of the Thyrodineâ„¢ are felt by many of my patients within

hours, and most within a few days to a week. Slowly, over two to four

months months the patients thyroid gland regenerates to its full

capacity and function within the body.**

SO WHAT IS IN THYRODINEâ„¢?

Thyrodineâ„¢ consists of the following carefully selected and

clinically tested ingredients:

* A very special form of iodine that is crucial to restoration of

thyroid function.

* The supporting minerals are zinc, magnesium, manganese, selenium,

calcium, and trace elements.

* The vitamins are the entire B complex with a predominance of B6.

* Amino acids. Contains taurine, tyrosine and glutamine. These are

the " raw materials " the thyroid gland requires to make all its

hormones and to convert T4 to T3.

The exact composition of Thyrodine in a proprietary formula. We use

very special and quite unique ingredients in some instances, and the

exact balance of these ingredients has been carefully tuned over many

years of prescribing this formula in my clinic. I wholeheartedly

believe that based on what I have seen through hundreds of hours of

Internet research there is no other formula quite like this one.

HORMONE RE-ACTIVATION:

I've seen severe PMS, menopausal symptoms, no periods, drenching

periods, sore breasts, depression, cold extremities, cold

personalities, low immunity, infertility and more, all disappear or

improve dramatically - all within a relatively short amount of time

(just months - not years!) *.

Was it magic?

No, it was very simply supplying the raw materials the thyroid glands

of all these people required to make T4 and convert however much

their bodies' required to T3, the active hormone. Now, I don't want

to suggest to you that that's all we did with these folks. We also

suggested a Biogenic Nutritional program to them and get them to use

the Thyrodineâ„¢ as part of a comprehensive health protocol.

I assisted them in their choice to diminish or eliminate toxic

substances they may have been taking, like drugs, alcohol, nicotine,

coffee, junk food, colas. I eliminated any pathogenic invaders with

our ImmunoGuardâ„¢ treatment program. I corrected spinal lesions and

relaxed muscles. I may have incorporated a detoxification program for

intestines, liver and gall bladder, kidneys, and the lymphatic system

if it seemed that they might need it..

I may have suggested herbal or homeopathic remedies or utilised

frequency generators to aid in stabilising their biochemistry. We may

have included more or less heroic metabolic processes depending upon

the person's needs. Ultimately, the Thyroid Regeneration Program,

with the Thyrodine in it, was the cornerstone of our therapy program

and this is what has helped a lot of people gain a healthy thyroid,

come off their thyroid drugs and experience levels of energy and

health they forgot was even possible.

Synthetic Drug Thyroid Treatment:

It's really no longer necessary or even feasible to consider

utilising synthetic hormones nor pig derived hormones to " replace "

thyroid function. The thyroid hormone does not need replacing. What

it does need is the nutrients required to synthesise all its own

hormones.

When we 'replace' a hormone with synthetic analogues or pig

derivatives, the deficient thyroid gland remains deficient and

frequently it will atrophy or shrink and make the condition even

worse. Additionally, the synthetics or pig derivatives may create a

toxic condition due to the fact that they are foreign proteins and

often contain chemicals used in the extraction or synthesising

process.

At least two top selling brands of synthetic hormones have been

removed from the market due to " excessive toxicity. "

A frequent admonition from medically trained personnel is that a

patient will have to take the synthetic hormone for the rest of his

or her life! Since hormone replacement allows gradual deterioration

of the gland, more and more synthetic is generally required to keep

pace. This is great for the drug companies but is horrible for the

thyroid patient and is not by any means of the word a " solution " to

the problem at hand. The other thing that frequently goes on is a

medically trained person will try to juggle just the right amount of

T4 and T3 synthetics. If they're not entirely accurate, you may

suffer from hyperthyroidism, gland overactivity or under activity,

hypothyroidism. So you have to keep going back for blood tests to

determine your levels. And since blood tests for thyroid function are

notoriously inaccurate, this whole process tends to result in a great

deal of confusion for both patient and Doctor (not that most of them

will admit it).

When supplementing with Thyrodine, I generally find that four

bottles, each bottle being a 35-45 day supply, will fully restore

thyroid function when used in conjunction with the Thyroid

Regeneration Program. Occasionally, more bottles may be needed. The

effects of the Thyrodine are by some people felt in hours. Others

notice the effects after some days, and some after a few weeks. It

all depends on you exact condition and state of health. Slowly,

within a few months the thyroid gland will usually regenerate and

function at full capacity. Many (most) of our customers and patients

have weaned themselves off their thyroid drugs during this period.

The Thyroid Regeneration Program is most effective when, as per the

information and instructions provided with it, a person takes head of

the following guidelines and factors:

To follow a sound nutritional program (the program includes our

Biogenic Nutrition Guide)

Is free of drug use (both recreational and medical - as much as is

possible)

Free of other toxins

Is not maintaining a lifestyle that totally stresses them out

Does not ingest food laced with chemical spray residues or live next

door or downwind from a nuclear energy plant.

Proximity to high power lines may also impede the healing process.

Mercury in amalgam tooth fillings or nickel in dental bridges are

frequently a real major problem.

Chlorine and/or fluoride in water or tooth paste can also be a huge

hazard.

Infections from viruses, bacteria, yeast or fungus can cause auto-

immune dysfunction's or excessive endotoxins which may impair thyroid

function and will need to be addressed (these are addressed by the

Thyroid Regeneration Program)

Because of the above factors it important to get checked out by a

competent natural therapist and this is highly recommended to

accompany your use of the Thyroid Regeneration Program. Having said

this I might add that the majority of our Internet customers simply

follow the instructions and information that comes with the program,

under their own direction, and most do incredibly well. This tends to

happen because they may not know who to turn to for help in their

area.

Self Help

We have found that a primary factor in successful thyroid

regeneration and on going good health is how willingly the person

embraces a new way of life - A way of life that supports and creates

good health in a sustainable fashion.

Some key factors involved in this process are the quality of diet;

the quality of water they drink; how much they can remove toxins from

their environment, food, and body; the level to which they embrace

life as a joyous and positive experience for their own growth and

evolution; their willingness to express their feelings and inner

truths to others; their sense of higher purpose in life - having a

feeling for the question, " Why am I here? "

The following is some additional information that may be of use to

you in your journey toward great health - .

KELP:

Kelp is a marvellous source of natural iodine and trace elements. It

has been my experience that once Thyrodine has restored thyroid

function, by utilising kelp on your table and sprinkling it on your

food regularly, you can then maintain thyroid function indefinitely.

I have not observed that kelp was able to restore thyroid function

once it was diminished. Only the Thyrodine has been observed to do

that. When integrated into a comprehensive natural therapy program

Thyrodine may indeed make the difference between mediocre existence

and living fully and energetically.

Taking Thyrodine on its own is effective but frequently there are

many other factors that really need assessing as well. Join the 75%

of folks who attend alternative therapists who provide quality health

care.

SELF THERAPY:

Yes, its completely possible to look after yourself. If you are

astute and have some ideas of how health is established, then by all

means be your own doctor. Its your body. Use the Thyrodine, if you

sense that it may improve your health. Observe its results. But also

improve your nutrition, take some good natural supplements like kelp,

Zell Oxygen, a powerful natural yeast source, use chlorella or

spirulina. Barley grass powder has an excellent array of nutrients

and alkalising factors. Do short fasts with raw juices, chlorella and

Psyllium Hulls. Finally, check out www.chetday.com for really spot on

nutritional data.
