Guest guest
I relieved my brain fog when I did my first liver flush. They all have webpages, but it's too much trouble to provide them here. American Association of Naturopathic Physicians. The enzyme mentioned in The Yeast Syndrome that's to counteract brain fog (aldehyde dehydrogenase) will probably be expensive. ===== McKelvey Forever Living Products Independent Distributor ___________________________________________________________ Win a castle for NYE with your mates and Messenger http://uk.messenger. Guest guest
I was curious to why brain fog occurs. Can you expand on that. Even if just in your own words? Jeanne -------------- Original message -------------- A few people have pvtd me about my post yesterday. Here are some useful resources for finding local dr's. The enzyme mentioned in The Yeast Syndrome that's to counteract brain fog (aldehyde dehydrogenase) will probably be expensive. I have no information about it other than what I posted yesterday. Lipase, used in Tide detergent, was several hundred dollars for micrograms (1/600th of a gram) when I was in grad school. Garden of Life's Fungal Defense lessens the brain fog. CleanseMax did cut through it best. It was a pain, as you had to drink a lot of water. It cut through it maybe 10%. The C'max was better, but the FD was easier. Both are about $35. The C'max wasn't permanent though. I usu. eat a clove of garlic ea. night (chop it up, chew a little, swallow w/water). It helps. Some of the health food things (grape seed extract, for instance), also help. I stopped eating wheat/gluten (health food store, freezer; also at Wegman's), and that helped, too. Nothing permanent. Ea. loaf is $4-6! Also helpful: The Yeast Syndrome, by trowbridge and walker, bantam, 1986. Chronic Candidiasis: the yeast syndrome, by michael murray, 1997 (prima publishing, 916-632-4400, $14.95). i'll probably buy both online at a used bookstore or something. very useful. Be on guard about some of these dr's. Check out www.quackwatch.org. It trashes alternative meds in general, but it's good to have your eyes wide open. Also, be sure you search your health network's computer database properly. This might sound like common sense, but I misspelled my dr's name, and didn't find him until I searched by zip code 6-8 months later. He's friggin' 6 blocks away! He's an internal medicine guy, not a " general practitioner " ! How should I've known that? I hadn't seen him in 3 years! All of this would've saved me a lot of time and, most importantly, a lot of aggravation and lot of money! There's a lesson in all of this somewhere! It does sound as though computers, while a help, can sometimes be a hindrance. :-) Happy Thanksgiving! Glenn
