Guest guest
I have been thinking... the problem is, these sites will be lost in the archives very shortly. Would it be possible to file interesting websites under " Files " or " Links " or something? Then when new people such as myself come on the list and ask questions that have been covered before, we could more easily be sent to where the answers are. Guest guest
it's all here in past posts and so much more--I am cleaning out my files because my mail box on outlook is backing up!! everytime I read stuff I find even more info out--yes and I did think of this in Keisha's case as well as digestive problems with Kim. And something very interesting for me with my hot flashes---so I am now back on adrenal glandulars and support vitamins to see if I can not have them next month. They are getting so bad!!! > Thanks for all the interesting stuff lately Tina -- you are on a roll ) > > Also interesting is the hiatal hernia -- wonder if that's the kind Keisha has. > take care, > > > > looking for site--but good questions for adrenals > > > > ------------------------------------------------------------------ ---- > ---------- > > > To determine if you would benefit from an Adrenal Index Test, > Consider which of the following symptoms pertain to you, or to which > you relate, and check YES or NO; then press the submit button to find > out the results based on your score. > > Chronic Pain > [ ] YES > [ ] NO > > > TMJ dysfunction, jaw pain or ear pain > > [ ] YES > [ ] NO > > > Sinusitis and sinus problems, sometimes described by the patient as > allergic condition. > > [ ] YES > [ ] NO > > > Difficulty getting to sleep, the feeling of being wired, not being > able to turn my head off > > [ ] YES > [ ] NO > > > Difficulty staying asleep or waking up frequently during the night > and/or thrashing or sleeping lightly. > > [ ] YES > [ ] NO > > > Difficulty waking up in the morning, exhausted, feel as if I worked > all night. Guest guest
I have been really suffering with this crap is what I want to call it- -it's really almost too much for me to handle. I have hotflashes for weeks at a time and they can last all day long. So I was suprised to read this and you know how many times I must of skipped over it!!!! anyway I will be the test subject and let you guys know how it turns out. progesterone and I tried it again does absoulutly nothing for me-- cream and all---mine must be estrogen related! And if someone wants to do links into files hey that is great--I know Shelia has a lot of them stored somewhere as well---I have to clean mine out. tina > > Thanks for all the interesting stuff lately Tina -- you are on a > roll ) > > > > Also interesting is the hiatal hernia -- wonder if that's the kind > Keisha has. > > take care, > > > > > > > > looking for site--but good questions > for adrenals > > > > > > > > -------------------------------------------------------------- ---- > ---- > > ---------- > > > > > > To determine if you would benefit from an Adrenal Index Test, > > Consider which of the following symptoms pertain to you, or to > which > > you relate, and check YES or NO; then press the submit button to > find > > out the results based on your score. > > > > Chronic Pain > > [ ] YES > > [ ] NO > > > > > > TMJ dysfunction, jaw pain or ear pain > > > > [ ] YES > > [ ] NO > > > > > > Sinusitis and sinus problems, sometimes described by the patient > as > > allergic condition. > > > > [ ] YES > > [ ] NO > > > > > > Difficulty getting to sleep, the feeling of being wired, not > being > > able to turn my head off > > > > [ ] YES > > [ ] NO > > > > > > Difficulty staying asleep or waking up frequently during the > night > > and/or thrashing or sleeping lightly. > > > > [ ] YES > > [ ] NO > > > > > > Difficulty waking up in the morning, exhausted, feel as if I > worked > > all night.
