Guest guest
hi, everyone's different, but I'm afraid to self-treat. I feel like I have learned a lot about this disease and my body, but I'm just not comfortable doing it. good luck, sheila Cruz <juancarloscruzz@...> wrote: do u all think that a hypothyroidism patient can treat himself with levothyroxine? The thing is that it's hard for me to get Cytomel so i just have levothyroxine which is cheaper. I take 0.1 MG of levo-thyroxine a day and walk 1 hr 3 times x week

Guest guest
Carolos, I forgot to ask you something. I'm kinda confused about your dosage of medication. Maybe my brain fog is bad, but when you said you were taking 0.1...is that 100 micrograms? or is it 10 micrograms? I just have never heard of anyone taking only 10 mcg, that's why I asked. You said you increased to 0.2 mgs. Is that actually 0.2 micrograms? Is it 20 mcgs? or is it 200 mcgs? Sorry, I'm a bit confused! take care, sheila Cruz <juancarloscruzz@...> wrote:hey thanx. well i increased my dose to 0.2 mgs because with 0.1 i was feeling too sluggish, bloated and tired. thanx a lot for your comment Kemal Kalajdzic <kemalandsheila@...> wrote: hi, everyone's different, but I'm afraid to self-treat.
