Taking too much calcium in ratio to magnesium can cause cramping, or not taking enough magnesium. I suggest you take 500 mgs of calcium in two doses per day, with at least an equal amount of magnesium. If you still have cramps increase magnesium 150 mgs. the first day to see if that helps, and increase it again if it doesn't. Also ensure you are getting at least 1 1/2 teaspoons of ocean sea salt per day (or more). ==>Also rub coconut oil or oregano oil into your shoulder, or put a couple drops of oregano oil in 1 tsp. of coconut oil and rub it into your shoulder. Oregano oil is a powerful pain killer (better than morphine) which can reach into the fluids of the joints, as well as CO. Let me know if this helps you.
