daily simple things to aid your progress

Hi everyone,

Here are some simple things you can do every day to help your body

overcome candida:

1. For 15 minutes every day do this - lie on the floor with your

feet and the calves of your legs across the seat of a chair, so your

thighs are at a right angle to the seat of the chair. This helps the

blood pool in your abdomen which assists healing where it is needed

most.

2. Stimulate your thymus by thumping it a couple of times a day.

The thymus is located just behind your breast bone in the middle of

your chest. Use your knuckles and thump 10 times in a row, firmly

but not too hard.

3. Do your own hand or foot reflexology or Shiatzu (based on the

Japanese art of massaging and applying pressure to the body on energy

lines called meridians, similar to accupressure or accupuncture) -

buy a book to learn simple techniques which will aid your healing and

increase the flow of energy through your body. The books I have

are: " Hand Reflexology: Key to Perfect Health " by Mildred ,

and " 60 Second Shiatzu " by Eva Shaw. Possibly this information is

available on the internet as well.

4. Dry skin brushing (information on how to do it and what kind of

brush to use is in our files on the left side-bar), done daily to

stimulate your adrenal system.

5. Soak in an epsom salts bath once a day to aid detoxing and to

relax you and soothe your skin - use 1/2 to 1 cup of epsom salts (I

prefer using 1 cup). To make a great skin softener place 1 cup of

oatmeal in a square piece of cheese cloth; tie it up tightly with

string with a long enough end so you can tie it to the tub faucet;

allow the running water to run through it while filling the tub.

During your bath soak it and squeeze it into the tub. Also rub it

all over your skin to soften and soothe it.

I hope this helps you all. Please do let us know what you found is

successful for you, and what you think of these techniques.

The best in health,

Bee
