More info on treating eyes

Hi ,

My computer is finally up and running again. Here's the treatments

for your eyes:

1. Hot compresses using comfrey tea bags (or any herbal tea). Place

on eyes very hour.

2. Rinse with Nystatin solution 3 times a day (1/8th teaspoon

nystatin powder in 3 ozs. of pure clean water), using an eye cup

(available at any drug store).

3. Rinse eyes with a baking soda solution three times a day, in

between the nystatin rinses (1 teaspoon baking soda in 1 cup of pure

clean water), using an eye cup.

Also ensure you are taking Cod Liver Oil. It contains Vitamin A

which helps nourish the eyes. Take at least two tablespoons a day.
