Deneen,

Thanks for your reply. That thought never crossed my mind. I would like to

stay at this dosage because I felt good. I was OK when I first upped it. Then

two days ago I slept about 3 hours, next night 5 hours, and last night not at

all. Did you experience something similar with your sleep?

Thanks,

Dee

Deneen,

I take mine in the middle of the night so they don't interfere with my

iron or calcium . I much prefer taking meds once a day too. Today I took the

lower dose. Maybe I should wait and see if I sleep on this dose first or would

you

just stick it out with the increased dose and see how many days it takes to

get some sleep?

Thanks,

Dee

Dee,

I would give your new dose a couple more days to adjust.I did the same

thing when I upped my dose of Thyrolar(t4/t3 combo) but after about a

week and a half,I was ok.

Yup,Dee,

I had the same problem. When are you taking your meds??..I started twice

a day,but I had to start taking my meds only in the morning when I got

up because if I took it in the afternoon,I wouldn't sleep at night.I do

fine taking meds once a day and it also makes it easier to take my

vitamins with iron at night before I go to bed.

-that pulse is still very high the average person's pulse should be

around 70 to 80.

I would back down on the dose and call the doctor---asap
