I haven't but I would like to. I find that on days when I am physically

more active, I run out of steam late in the day, get cold, etc. On days

when I am more sedentary, there is no change right up until bed time.

Being able to supplement a little when I have been working would help.

Chuck,

At this point, I am feeling so rotten. I've been taking it this way since

the 18 of Dec'03. I can't really give you my opinion on it because I feel

worse

than ever and I can not detect any changes in weekends or during the week.

sorry, when I do I will let you know.

With a high cortisol number like that you are in a hyper-phase for

adrenal burnout --where as the adrenals are putting out so much

cortisol to work with the thyroid meds and increasing the thyroid

meds will not work --doing so will cause more cortisol to be produced

until you do some damage to them that is not so easily repaired.

Slow down on your thyroid meds--overdosing is overdosing your adrenals

next do the homework here and figure out what stress is going on in

your life for everything to stop working correctly. You have

triggered your adrenals to overwork and two things cause this---too

much stress (ect) and too much thyroid hormone.

I don't know what is going on with the vitamin D and I am so busy now

or else I would look it up for you--I know we did something with this

before--

But usually depletion of vitamin D is more in hyper's I thought?? But

let me tell you that all these years being on synthetics will cause

this depletion of calicum and loss of bone. This is why tells

everyone to take armour if they can.

Natural hormone (pig or cow) does not cause this kind of long term

side effect. And forgive me everyone I usually post links to any info

I spout --but I am so busy lately with going back to work----

anyway so it appears taking synthetics all these years has caused you

to lose vitamin D --most likely calicum too---need to get on armour

ASAP

And you do need cortisol here to stop the adrenals from burning out.

Giving cortisol either over the counter (isocort)(adrenal glandulars)

or cortisol itself will stop this--talk to your doctor print this out

if you have too--and please look everything up.

Once you stop your adrenals from overproducing cortisol you will feel

better again and go easy with them with thyroid hormone---they have

to work with thyroid hormone and overdosing on thyroid overdoses them.

Many make this mistake because doctors have NO brain when it comes to

regulating adrenals and thyroids together.

You also will need nutritional support as well---And most like dhea

is so important for those adrenals---but if you are scared to make

yourself the guninne pig---get tested for dhea as well, if that

number is low than you know your adrenals are in the hyper-phase as

well--

The average dose for a adult is 25mg of dhea---go every other day if

you are scared. Anything will help at this point and mutilple

vitmains. extra C as well

good luck

Thank You! I will look into all these possibilities if my second lab reports

support the first's findings.
