Guest guest
Amie,You have adrenal problems. http://www.drrind.com Gracia I am wondering if there is some sort of 'leveling out' period for taking Cytomel. When I started it, I noticed immediate energy improvement, and my body temperatures went from averaging 96.2-96.7 to 98.3-98.6. I did not feel 100% better but was getting there. Guest guest
Hi Gracia, Well that is one thing the doctor already pointed out in the beginning of summer, that I have adrenal probs. I read the link that you sent and I am already doing/taking at least 80% of the things that are recommended on there, plus licorice root and CoQ10 as well. The adrenal treatment started in early summer and the thyroid in August. And to be honest I notice very little difference with the adrenal treatments, but I do them anyway. So they are both being treated at the same time with different things. -Amie Re: Energy levels and starting medication Amie,You have adrenal problems. http://www.drrind.com Gracia I am wondering if there is some sort of 'leveling out' period for taking Cytomel. Guest guest
The most effective adrenal treatments are DHEA and cortisol. Licorice did nothing for me. Guest guest
My DHEA tested in the middle of normal levels and I'd rather not mess with that since I have some other hormonal imbalances and that might make it worse!! I've not tried cortisol but seem to be doing ok so far on the vitamins and dessicated andrenals and pregnenolone, which for me was very low. If my doctor says something else on Friday when I go for my f/u then I'll post anything new. -Amie Re: Energy levels and starting medication The most effective adrenal treatments are DHEA and cortisol.
