Guest guest Posted March 1, 2006 Report Posted March 1, 2006 I have been experiencing dry cracking lips the past few days. Is it possible to use a lip butter containing all natural ingredients. Description reads: " Carefully crafted with beeswax, castor oil, almond oil, and shea butter, this lip butter was designed to keep lips moist and prevent chapping. Sweetened with natural stevia. " I'm not exactly sure about the other flavorings but she uses pure peppermint oil for the mint one. Ellen Quote

Cracking lips can be caused by a lack of some B vitamins or lack of enough good saturated fats along with the oil soluble vitamins (A, D & E) - recheck your supplements with those listed in my article. Also ensure you aren't eating too much protein in ratio to saturated fats (should be 1g protein times 2.5 g fat per the Candida Diet Folder ratios). Bee Quote
