hi melissa,

have you ever just tried using a lot of tumeric in your cooking? We eat a lot of

Indian food & add it when we add curry. We also add it to mashed potatoes and

soups. Tumeric has virtually no taste if you ask me but it's supposed to be so

healthy for you! sheila

Yes. I'm using a product called, " InflammX " that is mostly turmeric. It is

working pretty well. I had a rheumatoid flareup after exercising and took some

of the stuff, and the inflammation went down after about 30 minutes. The

drawback is the taste and appearance...if you make a shake out of it, it looks

like Grey Poupon mustard in a glass. In water it doesn't have much of a taste,

but it's dark gold.

I was thinking...you probably could just cap up a bunch of turmeric instead of

using the InflammX. It's about a quarter cup, though, for the same dosage as

the InflammX. I might fool around with mixing my own blend, but for right now I

just want to get rid of the inflammation.
