Hi

I know how much grams from protein, carb and fat should I eat a day,

but in fitday the foods come in calories and the percentage of the

protein, fat and carb are from the calories. How can I know how many

grams a serving of a food has from protein, fat and carbs?

Also they don't say how much weights (how many grams) a serving of

the food contains
