Potatos Question!!!

Hello every one ,I have seen that sweet potatos are not alowed on the

candida diet,it might be strange to you but I never ate sweet potatos

and My question is if they are the same thing like idaho potatos which

I always ate ,now I am not eating them at all because I am not sure if

they are ok.So is there any kind of potatos which are allowed in the

candida diet or it would be better to avoid them all?Thank you.

P.S If some kind of potatos are ok to eat which ones would be better

the regular ones white idaho or red ones ,those are only the two which

I ever ate.
