Irene, you do not push the tube up (that would be dangerous), you

only insert the tip. The tube is long so you can hang up the bag and

allow gravity to let the liquid down through the tube. I prefer the

syringe because I found it difficult to handle the bag and long

tube. If the end of the tube comes out it can spray liquid all over

the place. But using the syringe means you need to gently squeeze

the bulb so the liquid doesn't go in too fast.

Yes, the sauna is very helpful for getting rid of toxins, and no it

wouldn't make the candida multiply at all. But when taking saunas it

is very important to balance salt and potassium. I did an intensive

detox in 1982 but there was someone overseeing our progress and we

had both salt and potassium available (you need to know when to take

each of them). It is also important to drink plenty of water and not

get too hot - taking cool showers as needed. Detoxing occurs by

sweating through the pores. Good oils are also important so the body

fat will let go of its toxins. We also had to run a lot before going

into the sauna. You can also assist detoxing by taking epsom salts

baths.

Thanks Bee

I'll give it a go!

Dear Irene,

Only put the tip in so it stays (maybe an inch), enough so the liquid

goes in and doesn't stray all over.

I agree with you Steph. I couldn't describe all of the details of

the purification program I did because every aspect of it was very

technical, quite intensive, highly supervised, and clean! I should

have made the point that taking saunas without knowing exactly what

you are doing can be harmful.

You are welcome Steph.
