Hi Lynn,

CFS/ME which is really candida) and can only afford to buy a probiotic

i'm confused -there are so many things on the market). can anyone

suggest anything?

==>One of the very best antifungals is raw crushed garlic. It's also

cheap. Start with one or two whole crushed cloves per day and

increase to at least 5. In addition you can also have garlic tea

(recipe is in my article in the Files); drink 4 cups per day. An

ideal and very inexpensive probiotic is Cabbage Rejuvelac (also in my

article).

These natural foods are extremely effective so there is no need to

spend a lot of money. Of course, the candida diet is the most

important aspect of the candida program.

I wish you the very best.

That's great you love garlic. I know what you mean about the smell

Lynn. Maybe you could get others on it as well, then they wouldn't

be able to smell you :) It's interesting that when I have certified

organic garlic at supper I have no garlic smell on me the next day.

I don't know why that is.

Parsley is very good for you too.

Lynn, please be assured that you will be just as successful as anyone

who buys expensive products.

The best in health,

Bee

I've noticed that too. A friend of mine gave me a whole grocery bag of

organic garlic he grew himself. It tastes great and produces no smell.
