Guest guest
HI Bee, Does this diet affect my menstrual cycle? Like make the days more irregular? My mom does not have candida, she doesn't like to use coconut oil for cooking? Mainly because the coconut taste bothers her. besides animal fats, is there any other good oil she can use? thanks

But they will normalize as you continue on the program. > > My mom does not have candida, she doesn't like to use coconut oil for > cooking? I cook hamburgers on low which is #2 or 2-1/2 on my stove. Bee
Guest guest
Hi Bee, My monthly cycle is usually around 28 days. but it arrived 31 day this month since I started the diet. How long would it take for my body to normalize? thanks for your info on oils to use for my mom. can I use Macadamia nut oil too? I want to take Vitamin A for supplement. how many mg should I take daily? I can not get overdose from Vitamin A? Is it ok for me to take evening primrose oil for my roseaca? I am having fish oils, oil of oregano, Pau d arco, coconut oil, eggs, butter, eat fishes, chicken, veggies on your list everyday. people starting to notice the improvement for my skin, a little less red and no cystic acnes. I bought an acne lamp by Clarity, modelf10.10, no UV, what is your thought on the lamp? tks > > > > HI Bee, > > > > Does this diet affect my menstrual cycle? EPO is one of the recommended supplements for cea but, in my opinion, you are best to stick with the supplements that Bee has recommended in the Supplements file. I believe it's about giving your body the right about of nutrients for optimal health, hence a clearer face from cea. people starting to notice the improvement for my skin, a little less red and no cystic acnes. ----> That's sooo encouraging to hear ! Yeay!!! I bought an acne lamp by Clarity, modelf10.10, no UV, what is your thought on the lamp? ---> I think I have already mentioned my thoughts on the lamp - positive reinforcement. Have you started using it yet? Jen

Basically it takes as long as it takes. > thanks for your info on oils to use for my mom. ==>You are welcome. I also forgot to mention saturated palm oil, which is made by Spectrum - it looks like shortening and comes in a plastic tub - at the health store. It tastes very good but is mild flavored so you mom would like it. > can I use Macadamia nut oil too? ==>Yes you can. Make salad dressings and mayonnaise with it. > I want to take Vitamin A for supplement. how many mg should I take daily? ==>20,000 - 30,000 IU per day but more won't hurt you. You can take up to 100,000 IU per day when you get a lot of mucus or for dry skin, but go off it for 2 days every month to avoid it building up in your liver. You also take fish oil for omega-3 plus vitamin A in the summer, right? In the winter take cod liver oil - see the Cod Liver Oil Folder for brand comparisons & amounts to take, etc. > I can not get overdose from Vitamin A? ==>It would be almost impossible to overdose on natural vitamin A from halibut liver oil. > Is it ok for me to take evening primrose oil for my roseaca? ==>You get plenty of omega 6 in the diet I recommend, which is what evening primrose oil is - it's in eggs, meats, butter, etc. but what is missing is the balance of omega-3. You need equal amounts, and most people get way too much omega-6. > I am having fish oils, oil of oregano, Pau d arco, coconut > oil, eggs, butter, eat fishes, chicken, veggies on your list > everyday. ==>Excellent . > > people starting to notice the improvement for my skin, a little less red and no cystic acnes. ==>That's very well done . You'll be a sassy diva in no time! LOL! > > I bought an acne lamp by Clarity, modelf10.10, no UV, what is your > thought on the lamp? ==>The proper lamps are okay if you don't overdo it. IMO it is better to get out in the sun with coconut oil on the skin. Bee
Guest guest
Jen, it is highly unlikely a person will overdose on natural vitamin A from cod liver or halibut liver oil. It's the synthetic vitamin A that people have overdosed on. In the mid 1980s my M.D. recommended 100,000 IU per day when I had a cough or cold. But going off large amounts for 2 days every month eliminates absolutely any possibility of too much. Bee > ...I want to take Vitamin A for supplement. how many mg should I take daily?
