Guest guest
I don't recommend yogurt on the candida diet mainly because of commercial yogurt which is improperly prepared, high in lactose, low in fat, doesn't contain active bacterial cultures and uses pasteurized dairy. Most people will not make their own yogurt, and if they see that yogurt is okay they will rush out and buy commercial yogurt. Yogurt is fine if homemade, uses whole milk and is cultured long enough to remove most of the lactose. Did you know that the higher the fat content the lower the lactose?
