4th week on this diet

Hi

This is my 4th week on the diet. I had die off symptoms like gas,

bloating, diarahea, cramps, headaches before. I have decrease coconut

oil to 1 table spoon a day. My die off symptom is not as bad as the

first few weeks. I am currently taking clove oils, fish oils, oil of

oregano. I am trying to following my ratio. eating the egg shell from

Bee's recipe for calcium. I am eating garlic, kimchie, fish, chicken,

veggies from the diet list, liver, olive oils & few eggs and 1/2 bar

butter per day. I am concern about getting high colestrol from eggs

and butter. What is your thought on the colestrol? what is my next

step?

I have rosacea. I bought a blue and red acne lamp by Clarity skincare

light modelf10.10 I was told the light have no uv. What is your

thought on this acne lamp? would the light give me more freckels? Is it

harmful? Is there any herb that can help get ride of rosacea?
