Hi ,

Welcome to our group. I heard that rumour, or false idea, going

around, too, but it is not true at all. The antifungals recommended

in my article do not kill beneficial bacteria in any way. If there

are any antifungals that do kill beneficial bacteria I don't know

what they would be.

If garlic did the Italians and Russians would have been very sick for

eons because they eat garlic every day.

I took Nystatin for 2 1/2 years and also took cabbage rejuvelac, Pau

D'Arco, garlic, acidophilus, etc. and I progressed nicely through the

program, gradually getter better and better until I was entirely

healthy.

The best in health,

Bee
