Guest guest
Hi, I just found out that my 8 year old has candida. He is already gluten, casein, corn and soy free (he has been for 4 years now). He is also intolerant to other less common items. He has also been on a four day rotation diet for 2 years. This candida punch has been tough to deal with. He already has limited food...and what we do have to choose from has be rotated. Now I have to take out starch and sugars too. He eats 3 servings of fruit a day and his favorite veggies are peas, carrots, and potatoes. I'm in trouble! My question is this...is candida something that can be " cured " or will he always have this condition?? I've read that we all have candida and that it is necessary...but there is trouble if you have too much of it...which of course is the case for my son. Thanks!
