I was always told that peole that are not born blind but become blind

later in life and/or have high myopia, shouldn't jump on the trampoline

because it can cause PVD (Posterior Vitrious Detatchment), if anyone

knows more about this I would like to hear it.

==>Maddalena, here's a reference:

" If the individual is prone to retinal tears or detachment, rough

physical activity (trampoline play) must be avoided. " I think the key

here is are you prone to retinal tears or detachment? But you do not

have to jump on a trampoline to help your adrenals. You can do dry

skin brushing which is just as effective.

Thank you, this link is greatly appreciated. Yes, I'm doing the dry

brushing on a daily basis.
