Kimchi recipe?

Hi Bee,

Just curoius...someone was going to send you an authentic kimchi recipe

for you to post in the files. Did you ever recieve it? Is it posted?

I can't seem to find it. I saw the one that was posted in October.

I'll try that one in the interim.

Hello Amber,I have bookmarked quite a few recipes, but haven't made any yet. I'm making a second batch of fermented ginger carrot right now. My first batch was AWESOMELY delicious and I love the idea that there are more beneficial bacteria in cultured veggies than in yogurt! The vitamix is the PERFECT tool for finely chopping up the carrots for the ginger carrot recipe, and it LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the Fermented Ginger Carrots!/message/18297Let us know if you find a recipe for Kimchee that you like, and I'll do the same if I beat you to it :-)

Hi Amber,

Here is a link to a recipe for healthy kim-chi from Dr. Ben Kim, a Korean Chiropractor/Acupuncturist from Canada. I have not made the recipe but it does look pretty good so it may be worth a try.

Thank you so much and Fran! Those both look like Easy, Tasty, and Healthy (Kim Chee For Beginners)! :-)AND - you can use the Vitamix for the sauce, so this isn't as far off topic as I was afraid it would be when I first posted about fermented veggies! :-)
