Hi there,

Welcome to our group. The diet is a very important part of curing

vaginal yeast because the yeast would not only be there, but also

throughout your digestive system. Antifungals alone will be only

temporary helps.

I have just written an article " How to Treat Vaginal Yeast Infection "

and it is in the Files on this forum on the left side-bar. But I'm

not very good at loading it so it's small print and too wide. If you

email me directly I will send you a good copy of it.

Also, don't forget to read my article " How to Successfully Overcome

Candida " in the files on the left. It is set up correctly and can be

printed.

Once you've been able to absorb that information you may find things

you need to do to get rid of this nasty yeast thing.

I had vaginal yeast infection for over 25 years before I found about

about the Candida Program. It took me quite a while to cure it, but

I did the entire program, especially the diet. It will take one

month of " true natural healing " for every year you've been unwell.

Natural healing occurs when you provide the body what it needs to do

its job, especially diet, and help it along with antifungals,

probiotics and some supplements.

See what you can learn and get back to us/me and we will help you and

answer any questions.

You can feel good and be healthy and happy again.

With warmest regards and best wishes,

Bee
