Guest guest
I think it's important we don't discuss only what ails us; we should share our progress as well, since it's encouraging for all of us. I started the diet a little more than 3 months ago. At that time, I was so weak, just buying food barely 20 yards from my apartement was exhausting. My tongue was white, I had lots of white mucus in my nose/throat, my BM was also full of white liquid mucus + longs strings of white stuff. By the way, I think these long white strings must be charactaristic of the invasive form of candida, when it grows rhizomes thru the intestinal walls. Yesterday, I could walk 10 minutes in the park without being all achy the next day. Most important, the long white strings in my BM is gone, and there is much less whitish liquid. My allergies are still there but I do not expect them to disapear fast, since it took more than a year last time I had candida. Due to these allergies, I cannot take antifungals--natural or chemical--nor supplements, and I have to keep it simple. My only therapy so far has been enemas--with ACV, yogurts and probiotics--and the diet. By the way, I have not received the pau d'arco tea I ordered yet but they sent it only 10 days, ago, I can't figure out why. The healing path was well described by Bee, and it's confirmed by those who have overcome the problem: first you will a few good days now and then , then you will have several good days in a row, next you will have only a bad day now and then. Hopefully, this should be the last step before healing. Take care. Francine

Thanks for the encouragement Francine. I have been back on the whole Candida treatment for a little over a month and am starting to have a great day every now and then. My mind is much clearer which helps so much. My tongue is not white anymore, but I still have vaginal yeast and fungal infection on my face and torso. I will continue to work on it. I can take the antifungals which seem to work. I had to go through many of them to find some that I could tolerate. Connie
