Thank you for the reply, am a relatively new member but been lurking

for quite a while, my name is Eve, been suffering with candida for a

few decades i think.......I did a cleanse and a strict 3 month diet a

year ago,got much better,slowly returned to my old ways and my symptoms

are back, ( like i'm surprised!! haha)I am again on the diet and

hopefully smarter this time...I know i shall need support and hope to

seek it here! Thanks to all in advance.

read my article thoroughly and correct your diet accordingly. The diet

is very different from any others recommended for candida - you will
