Does any one know if heating butter has the same effect as with food

regarding enzymes. It is stated that if food is heated over 115 degress

enzymes are deactivated. ?

==>Overheating any foods destroys enzymes and nutrients. Most fats can

be heated more and not be damaged, but each has their burning point.
