Guest guest
Dear Bee, I wrote about this a while ago. I'm experiencing allegergies that are getting worse all the time, and I haven't had this problem since I was an adolescent or youg adult. I don't know if it's a healing reaction or not, but it's driving me nuts. My eyes and nose and the skin around my eyes and nose itch, and I have a lot of mucus and sneezing. It's been waking me up around 3 a.m. every night, and it's just about sending over the bend. I've been doing coffee enemas again to try and help. What else can I do? Today the itching is constant and my eyes and nose feel puffed up. Help! Jeanne OTS __________________________________________ DSL – Something to write home about. Just $16.99/mo. or less. dsl. It means your body is working hard at detoxing and healing, that is a good thing. Do everything you can to help it with good foods, epsom salt baths, dry skin brushing, etc., etc. Drinking clove tea will also help you - see the Recipe in our files. Cloves are a great detoxifiers. I drank 4 cups per day for many months when I was curing my candida. Or take clove oil drops (4 drops twice a day). Ensure you are getting plenty of moisture in the air. You could also drink dandelion or nettle teas. You will have periods of ups and downs, which is normal when the body is healing naturally. Lotsa hugs, Bee
