Guest guest Posted June 7, 2006 Report Share Posted June 7, 2006 I know this may be a really stupid question but is it ok to have cheese in small quantities while on the diet. My friend has also started the diet but she is so use to junk food that making her eat vegetables is almost impossible, if some cheese is sprinkled on it is more appealing to her. I am thinking that instead of making the electrolyte drink every-so- often in the day a better idea would be to just fill a whole 1.5litre bottle.
