Guest guest
My guess is that it's fine. I've been drinking lemon and lime flavored Seltzer water (no sweeteners, no nothing except carbonation and lemon or lime) lately and don't notice any bad effects from it. Guest guest
Thanks Zack. I had some Perrier and added a squirt of lemon. I was in heaven. Water and herb teas get dull after a while. All the best to you. Guest guest
i love them too! the flavored sparkling mineral water. no sugars, just bubbly water with a hint of lemon, lime or berry essence. i know the carbonation doesn't agree with some people, and in some cases its not recommended (since some are " gassed " , as opposed to naturally bubbly), but i wouldn't think it would be a detriment to a candida diet. anyone else know something about it? thanks! ~ suz > > > > > Hi all, > > > > > > Just wondering if anyone can tewll me if carbonated minreal water > > > like Perrier or San Pellegrino are ok? > > > > > > Ciao > > > Elio > > >
Guest guest
Dear Chef, Zack & Elio, I don't see any problem with Perrier and others like it. I drank Perrier when I had candida and it was a refreshing treat. The best, Bee > i love them too! > > the flavored sparkling mineral water. no sugars, just bubbly water > with a hint of lemon, lime or berry essence. > > i know the carbonation doesn't agree with some people, and in some > cases its not recommended (since some are " gassed " , as opposed to > naturally bubbly), but i wouldn't think it would be a detriment to a > candida diet. > > anyone else know something about it? thanks! > > ~ suz
