Dear Anne,

Thanks for the yummy recipe for Almond Nut Butter. That is a great

way to get more coconut oil in your diet. I really need to buy that

book " Nourishing Traditions " by Sally Fallon. I've heard so many

great recipes are in it. My appetite has improved recently with some

stress relieved at work, so I'm more amenable to cooking too. LOL!

I hope you are doing good Anne.

My children and I love this almond butter. We eat it straight from the

refrigerator by the spoonful. It's also good mixed into yogurt, for those

who may eat yogurt.

Yes, the book " Nourishing Traditions " is an excellent resource. It's

jam-packed with helpful recipes and information.

Bee, we're all doing well here at my house, thanks in great part to you and

the others on this list.
