As I indicated for calcium, I use and alternate different spring waters with high mineral content. I checked the 20 or so standard spring waters available on the market and selected those with high mineral content. Ft

Actually, I do have to restrict my dietary calcium; the reaction is not the worst there is, but it is definitely unpleasant; the gas, bloating and stomach gurggling in particuliar are quite disturbing. When I get a lot of bloating, I know I have eaten something allergenic. Strangely enough, I eat a fair amount of salads and raw veggies, and they hardly give me any bloating. Soon, I am going to try to intruduce salmon/sardines in my diet but I introduce new foods only every 15 days because, if it turns out to be allergenic, I do not want to shake my body too often. And of course, when I introduce a new food, one at a time, , I eat only a smal quantity at first, wait 2 or 3 hours, and eat a real portion only if I dot detect any reaction. Take care. I reintroduce new foods very carefully and not too often. I do not know how I will react to sardines or salmon. Recently, I introduced sea trout (I made sure there was only salt+water+ trout in the can) , and it was not well tolerated. Bee says her allergies were horrendous and she was reduced to 9 foods only. Definitely, the worst part of candidiasis for me are these allergies, and the fact I am pretty much limited to chicken, a number of veggies and white rice right now (rice with bran is allergenic). The first time I had this problem, 9 years ago, same symptoms, same circonstances, I did not know about the diet or anything, but it went away by itself, allergies included, after 2 or 3 years. Guest guest
I say allergies but the proper words used by the medical profession are multiple food and chemical sensitivities. These sensitivities recede or disappear completely at times--I suppose when the candida stops being invasive. In my case, the reactions are - acnelike bumps - bloodshot eyes, dark circles under eyes - panic attacks, depressive moods - feeling very sleepy suddenly - headaches, " circle of iron " around the head - major bloating and gas and anaphylactic shock once.
