Guest guest
Does anyone else have trouble losing weight while suffering from candida ? Regardless of diet and exercize when the candida is raging my weight seems " locked in " . I know some people have the opposite problem with this condition. How can this be ? Guest guest
Yes, ma'am! I'm one of those people who is about 70 pounds overweight and can't get it off. Two years ago, I dropped about 25 or 30 pounds and stayed there for nearly a year - continuing diet and exercise notwithstanding. I believe with the way I have sometimes binged on carbs and have occasionally had to stop exercise to do injury or illness, MAYBE I should be 15 or 20 pounds too heavy. 70? No way. I attribute this metabolism slow-down to candida and the resulting food allergies and, I must say, it does get very depressing. Guest guest
> > Hi bee, > > This is Neary. How are you? I have been on your program since Oct. 2008. I feel wonderful bee! However, I began to gain weight since May of 2009 and up until now, I am unable to lose the pounds. I am 5'0 and I was a slim 105 pds. Now I am 125 pds! Like you, I had thyroid issue. I had a goiter and whatever I eat, I just won't gain at all. The goiter size down tremendously. Anyway, I remember that when I was little I use to take Flintstones vitamin and when I was a teenager I use to take breast enhancer pills -=[...and for several years I took bad multivitamin call " centrum " . Is this the cause of me having this weight on me for so long? It has been 5 months. I thought I lost some but i actually weight more. Today I was 128 pds. Can muscle build up?..is that why i might weight more?..I dont know bee..and now I have ROSACEA on my face as well...*sigh*..Please help...I don't mind a consultation. +++Hi Neary. I'm well, thank you. I'm so happy you are feeling wonderful! You go girl! From my experience with many other people who had weight issues, I've found your weight will go up and down as it is healing. Yes, muscle can build up, but I think it is too early. cea is caused by toxins coming out, so that's a good thing. I think you should just " stay the course " and keep following the program, and eventually your weight will normalize. However, I'd be happy to do a consultation with you - see this page for instructions and how to pay for it: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/consult.php All the best, Bee
