Guest guest Posted April 25, 2006 Report Posted April 25, 2006 When I switched from magnesium citrate to magnesium glycinate, I wasn't even on my mg with the calcium. The magnesium is 200mg per pill. The calcium is 250mg per pill. I have been snipping a bit off the end of the calcium to make it more even. Is that ok??? How else can I make them even in mg's? Thanks, Faith Quote
