Guest guest
Bee, It's hard to believe that your daughter doesn't listen to you. That is amazing. She has such vast amount of knowledge right there at her finger tips. What a shame. I am with you, if you give the body the right nutrients it will thrive. Our bodies definitely were not equipped to eat all this processed stuff. . .When I go to the market I see so many people with so many packaged things in their baskets. . .even at the health food store. Went to help my Mother-in-law do her drip system for her garden today. Talk about a living testimony She is 88 and sharp as a tack. She rarely eats sugar. .. .loves veggies, eats lots of olive oil takes fish oils daily with a lot of other vitamins. Take Care Sherry
Guest guest
Dear Sherry, It is hard to believe that my own daughter won't listen to me isn't it? But I'm able to have great discussions with her husband, and with my 18 year old grandson. They on the other hand lap up every bit of information and think it is great. But my grandson says, Grandma, I agree with you and I want everything you recommend, but remember I can't decide what I am going to eat, Mom does. My daughter is a busy mother and executive, Director of a Beauty School, so it is difficult making meals when she gets home after 6:00 or 6:30 PM. But if she'd only follow the basics it would be so much healthier for them all. Thanks for listening. Bee > > Bee, > > It's hard to believe that your daughter doesn't listen to you. That is amazing. Guest guest
Bee, People get so into habits when they are hurried, they just don't want to take the time to think in a new way. You daughter sounds extremely busy and like she has very little time to start a whole new way of thinking. People don't realize how simple meals can really be with the basic foods. We really eat pretty simple in our home. Sherry
