Hi Garrett,

Take 2 or three drops under your tongue 3 times a day. Between meals.

If it's too hard on you take the same dose with meals.

Have a great day,

Dear Garrett,

Be forewarned organo oil feels like hot peppers in your mouth so be

sure you are only taking 1 drop at a time under your tongue, or mix

it in a little water to lessen the effect. I'm not sure how much

water, but probably just a few tablespoons. If you get more than 2

drops it will really make you run for a drink. Wowee!

I think Elio gave you the right amounts per day.

Dear Garrett,

I don't know. And wouldn't it have would have other stuff than just

oil in it? Maybe take it according to the product label, unless Elio

is familiar with gelcaps.

The best Garrett.

I would stick to what is written on the label of your product.

Usually it's 3 capsules or tablets a day.

Ciao,
