Guest guest
This is for the woman on a major budget who wrote to say she didn't think she had enough $$ to do the diet. I say you probably do. Once you stop buying processed foods and expensive breads and start to buy grains in bulk, you'll save money. The no sugar no yeast breads that we can eat may seem expensive, but one piece fills me since it's so dense. In comparison, it would take six pieces of the fluffy processed stuff to fill me up. Stevia seemed expensive to me until I saw how long t's going to last. You only need a miniscule amount. If you keep eating foods that make you sick, you'll just have to spend more on those drugs that may be making you even sicker! At least that's what happened to me. I waited too long (partially in denial) and now I have to walk around with an embarrassing red rash on my face for all to see. I wish you the best of your luck in your healing process. Guest guest
I don't have the $ anymore to buy organic produce, so i buy locally grown fresh produce from the farmer's market, and i soak my vegetables in grapefruit seed liquid(can buy at health food store) for 5 minutes__ it cleans the veges really well Carol
