Guest guest
First of all check your blood sugar level : your pancreas could be over-reacting. Get a glucose tolerance test done. Low blood sugar really stuffs the brain. But as far as diet is concerned I prefer the scientific approach : vitamins, minerals, protein, oil, enzymes, etc. Because this gives me belief and a love of the food that I eat. As this is a slow process (gathering knowledge) perhaps you can start with a list of foods that you know are good for you, and set out a schedule and take notes on when unnatural urges occur. A pattern will probably emerge. If your pancreas is OK then you are likely into the long battle against candida, parasites and the leaky gut. Extreme candida needs attention and worms or protozoa should be attacked, but generally a strategy of understanding your emotional reactions and the effects of what you eat, is where it's at. Of course there are other disease possibilities, but a healthy gut is the central issue. Moses.
