Kathy, where do you get your reciepes? I'm curious about the home made

yogurt, in particular.

Get the book, " Breaking the Vicious Cycle " by Elaine Gottschall. It

explains the diet in a reader friendly way, and has plenty of recipes,

including the yogurt.

Or see www.breakingtheviciouscycle.com for a great website which has a lot

of good info and links.
