Guest guest
Get the book, " Breaking the Vicious Cycle " by Elaine Gottschall. It explains the diet in a reader friendly way, and has plenty of recipes, including the yogurt. Or see www.breakingtheviciouscycle.com for a great website which has a lot of good info and links.
