It's a fermenting food so avoid like the plague! I notice that lots of dressing contain vinegar. If yoghurt isn't a problem for you (I only the Organic Brands - they don't contain antibiotics etc) I would have that and if you don't mind a bit of lemon - put that with plain unsweetened yoghurt and you have a dressing. Lemon is meant to have anti-fungal ability. I like mixing cucumber with plain organic yoghurt. Really nice! That's if you are into slighty mediterranean flavours.
