Guest guest
claudio - the only thing I have found is to buy it. It normally is included in any 'group of minerals' supplement you may buy - but is a little more difficult to find 'alone'. www.vitaminusa.com has it in the pill form.... i'm a little 'leary' of CHEWING on it... but will find out what that's like soon enough wendy Re: Fw: more on Cooter & molybdenum Hi ther. Guest guest
- can I just say THANK YOU for all this excellent information you're posting? I was going to wait and not try molybdenum until I'd seen my homeopath next week - now I don't think I can afford to NOT get some tomorrow!! Is anyone else using it/going to try it? Let's keep each other posted on how we get on with it! Ann

Let's keep each other posted on how we get on with it! Ann Hello, all. And thank you also for all the very fine information passing among us. I have been taking Molyb. with Pantethine and Biotin (all from Dr. Schlesinger at The Modern Herbalist) for about a month now and just reordered. I felt BETTER within a few days of taking these!! At the same time, I started taking a potent probiotic called ProGreens, Flax/Borage Oil caps, an adrenal/energy support called Iso Cort, and a thymic formula. I saw an immediate improvement in all my symptoms - my eyes sight improved to the point where I very seldom need my reading glasses; I don't grab for the sunglasses every time I go outside anymore either - I am like "normies" and the sunlight doesn't hurt my eyes anymore; my energy level increased; my verbal recall improved as well as my mental functioning; and my emotional see-saw slowed. NOT BAD, EH? I have just added Artichoke Extract, MSM, and Magnesium Citrate to my regime (which already included L-Glutamine), and am considering DMEA. These, or course, are only art of an overall healing lifestyle. However, for someone who seldom if ever got relief from anything, this is a major miracle.....since you asked. Keep the faith and the humor. Cheers all, Magi

Guest guest
Hi , Sorry for the delay in responding. I had a gazillion things to do on my day off yesterday and got a mental miasma in trying to make the following sites engage when you click them & then had to leave for the day....still haven't remembered how to do it, but here they are w/my answer. In a message dated 2/19/2001 10:51:09 AM Eastern Standard Time, dwmcphail@... writes: Hi MAGI!! I found it via the Tripp:CandidaRecovery site listed within a fabulous site (which many here including yourself probably already know about) - www.CandidaPage.com. This particular site lists numerous absolutely wonderful links about so many areas of interest to those of us in the candida community. The Modern Herbalist site belongs to Schlesinger who is one of the few very knowledgeable, skilled, AND EXPERIENCED practitioners (medical herbalist, acupuncturist, nutritionist) specifically in candida. The products he provides are very high quality and the prices are competitive & even slightly less than what is charged in the shops here in the Washington DC area where you can get just about anything fairly easily (I know how fortunate I am on this one:)). He also offers a candida protocol which is one of the very best I have encountered and he offers free 10-minute consultations over the phone re his products, the protocol, and anything else regarding this topic. (I had a very helpful conversation with him before I ordered any of the products.) You do not have to be a patient of his to order from his site. The site provides detail information on the ingredients, suggested use, and suggested ways to increase effectiveness of the particular substance (along the lines of your situation, i.e., candida, CFS, environmental illness, etc., diet, lifestyle, and complementary supplements). Additionally, Dr. Schlesinger has a candida cleanse rotation protocol which is very, very good as well. The other site I want to share is one that I have read about from this group and have communicated with for possible future treatments (and current info. if nothing else), Dr. Biamonte's site www.health-truth.com. He is the other person (not excluding, but more helpful in my opinion, than the fore fathers Crook, etc.) who has researched, practiced, seen results w/many, many people, written, and served the candida community extensively. His candida protocol is perhaps the very best I have encountered and I am considering it as possible future treatment if necessary. I have rambled, sorry. This is only the second or third time I have shared with the group. Hope these sites help. Please let me know how things go. Also, your information has been so good. Thank you. Hope everyone has something to laugh about today and something to warm your hearts - that's medicine they can't sell and better than anything ultimately! Cheers, Magi P.S. The molyb. is in capsules. Only 2 of what I currently take is in tablet form.
