Try buckwheat flour. Despite the name, there is no wheat in it. Likewise, it

does not have any gluten.

muffins?

I don't know. I cant eat it right now since I am on russ's protocol but I

used to use it to make unyeasted flatbread. You would just have to try it.

I went out and bought some millet today - thanks for the tip! I'll try

making some spelt-millet muffins later this week, and let you know how they

turn out. :)

Right now, I'm looking through recipes for 'conventional' muffins and

working out how I can adapt some of them. If I hit upon a really good

recipe, I'll post it! I understand that carrot is ok in moderation, so

maybe I'll make some carrot muffins (hopefully it will taste like carrot

cake...)

BTW, alcohol-free natural flavorings such as lemon, lime or vanilla are

very nice to add to baking! :)

I would so love any recipes for making Gluten-Free Brown Rice bread.

This Candida thing? Is it about cooking only?

Am a new member who just joined the group and there's more that I really need to

know prior getting into the cooking and the dieting.

E.g. one of the physicians I visited recently told me that I had high viginal

candidiasis and if not treated early enough might lead to sterility i.e.

" lacking the capacity to give birth " I need to know how true/relevant that is.

Would you be willing to share recipes? I love muffins and cookies but can't find

a recipe that doesn't include fruit or other stuff we can't have.

Thanks. I can't wait!

If I come up with a good recipe, I'll post it here!

I also mentioned a couple of days ago that a local organic & allergy

sensitive cookie company is going to develop a line of cookie for candida

sufferers. I have asked them to keep me informed! If and when I hear

anything on this, I'll let you all know - they have an online store, so you

all will be able to order stuff! :D

Thanks again! Most of 's recipes have stuff I can't have (I'm on a very

restricted diet) but a couple of them seem great. I will try some and let you

know. Have you tried any?
