Guest guest
Don't bother with the protocol. If you read the archive of messages, you'll notice that Ann and her friend bring up Russ' name as often as possible, it's just a subtle way of advertising. Also, you can get the protocol much cheaper from other places. There's a website selling MSN for very cheap and Colloidal Silver & Oil of Oregano is available everywhere. There's like 10 different people on this board on the protocol and no one has claimed to be cured for good. The only positive result i've seen is that they feel better after the 1st couple of days/week. It doesnt work long term, if it worked, the word would be out on the internet and other places would sell the exact same protocol and thousands of people would be cured. Simple logic. I have to admit that Russ is a very nice guy tho and has answered every of my questions. Too bad for him his protocol doesnt really work. Good luck all > Hi where do i get the Russ Newman's Protocol ? > I find it very had to read books as i get very tired so quick. > > Is there a food Diet Writen out anywhere that i can follow striaght up with out reading a book ? > > Thanks Regards . > Re: Anyone, Russ Newman's Protocol? > > > In a message dated 1/18/03 12:08:19 AM Central Standard Time, > annmalia@a... writes: > > > Who all is left on this board that is doing Russ's protocol from > > naturalhealingsolutions.com? Guest guest
Hanida, I'm doing well but I've added a few other supplements besides what russ gave me. I did not follow the diet properly through the holidays so I had to start over this month. I hope to have a full recovery soon. Do you know of anyone else on this board who is doing the protocol??? I thought there were several of us? I think we should keep track of who gets better. I do know that some people did get off the board who were doing it after all the needless negativity. Guest guest
When I started Russ' protocol on Nov 15th, I was sleeping 12 to 14 hours a day. Now I sleep around 8. I can think clearly again, which is something that I haven't been able to do in over 12 years. My allergies have subsided, and my personality has returned. If I weren't on atenolol for my heart, I believe that I'd be all better, or damn close to it. > Hanida, > > I'm doing well but I've added a few other supplements besides what russ gave > me. Guest guest
Hi everyone - I'm in the process of coming off the diet part of the " Russ protocol " since I completed my 30 days of strict adherence. It's slow going because I still have lots of allergy symptoms, and it's hard to know whether I'm bothered by a reintroduced food or by something in the air. In general, I feel a LOT better than when I started the protocol. I seldom experience fatigue anything like what was controlling my life before. I get tired sometimes, but not the achy muscles at the slightest movement kind of tired. If I can ever claim that I'm truly healed, you can be sure I'll be back and tell you about it. Guest guest
There are lots of web sites with good diet information. One is the body ecology diet. I know they have a site if you do a search with recipes. I also go to the Whole Approach site - I'm doing their program. They have a diet with recipes and a forum where you can ask a nutritional consultant questions free. The forum is at www.wholeapproachforums.com Also theirs a site at candidadiet.com and Tripp has recipes - but be careful - I think some recipes shouldn't be used until you healthy. I've gotten some good info from there but my favorite is the whole approach site. > > > Hi where do i get the Russ Newman's Protocol ? > > I find it very had to read books as i get very tired so quick. > > > > Is there a food Diet Writen out anywhere that i can follow striaght > up with out reading a book ? > > > > Thanks Regards . > > Re: Anyone, Russ Newman's Protocol? > > > > > > In a message dated 1/18/03 12:08:19 AM Central Standard Time, > > annmalia@a... writes: > > > > > Who all is left on this board that is doing Russ's protocol from > > > naturalhealingsolutions.com? Ann, What other supplements have you been taking? I am thinking of adding an acidophilus supplement, but the only liquid ones I could find had fruit juice added. I also have noticed that many of the supplements I was taking before now make me feel ill. I have had to limit myself to my multivitamin, mylobendium, and 5-HTP. Once a day I try to stomach a vitamin C, but it is hard. Thanks. Hanida
Guest guest
About your list, you might as well put everyone in the " got better/improving " category, including me. Anyone on such a strict diet and using those 3 powerfull antifungals will get better, i'm not arguying that. I did get better on Russ' protocol.. but i got the same result with juicing 5 cloves of garlic a day. I'm sure there are dozens of other protocols out there that will make you feel better. Make a list of people who got CURED. Ann Giacometti <annmalia@...> wrote:Hanida, thank you for sharing. I am putting you down on my list as improving. Guest guest
The fact is that different treatments work better for some people than they do for others. It's a process of trial and error, trying out different things until we find the best individual cure for ourselves. It's easy to get cynical when something doesn't work as well as we hoped, but realise that ANY protocol is a combination of different antifungals and a strict diet. Russ' protocol is one choice of many, and if people choose to use it (and get better by it) then that's their personal choice and good for them if it works! I have nothing against Russ' protocol, and may try it myself - I feel that I'm doing just fine on my own 'personalised' program though. Guest guest
N.D., to be clear, I am recording those who are on the protocol, those who are on it and improving, those who are fully recovered, and those who quit it. You are in the latter category. I hope you can rest easy now. This is all perfectly clear and every one knows your opinion. > From: " N.D. Guest guest
I couldn't have said it better. I agree with what you said, but you see, if you look in the archive of messages and check some of 's messages, you will find that said many times that Russ' protocol is the definitive protocol that will cure just about anyone. She would post everyday and send private emails to people and tell em about Russ' website. Ann *seems* to be doing the same thing except she's more subtle. If i had known that Russ' protocol was just another protocol, i wouldn't have ordered it but i was sorta tricked. People, the Russ protocol will help you while you stay on it but it will not CURE you. If you can prove me that i'm wrong, i will shut my mouth. Guest guest
Having said all of this, of course, I do believe that what Ann is doing is very constructive. It helps all of us to know exactly how other people fared on various protocols - it's about getting informed (whether it be Russ', Whole Approach, or a personal combination of regular stuff from the health food store). Guest guest
How exactly am i negative or bitter? I merely stated my opinion about Russ' protocol and i'm making sure that people see the other side of the medal of the protocol. Guest guest
> It helps all of us to know exactly how other people fared on >various protocols Various protocols? Lately, the only protocol discussed here is Russ'. The archive of messages of the last 3 months speak for themselves. I've wasted enough time on this and i can't stand seeing new people paying Russ 200$ thinking they will be cured in a month or 2. Candida isn't overcomed with just a simple protocol which is what and maybe Ann want you to believe. I'm gonna unsubsribe so you can all happily discuss and promote the Russ' protocol. Guest guest
I appreciate what you're saying. I have been on that program and I know it's working for me. What kind of rotation do you use? I know I read on their forums they say that the rotation recommended are a starting place and they sometimes recommend to people that they have longer or shorter rotations and that depends on previous treatments, condition, etc. The owner of the site is a candida survivor and the moderator of the forum is also a candida and cancer survivor. I get a strong feeling that they really want to help people. Also, I read on their site that the East West clinic that wrote their book has a 97% success rate with that rotation. They do seem to use only a small number of products, but I have read discussions of other products on their boards that they don't sell there. I agree with a post on this board I just read a few minutes ago, we are all different and we all need to find what works for us. also, I am skeptical of some things on the internet too. You have to be because they all claim to have the cure - especially the multi- level marketing companies. But, I think that all online stores are there to sell products and I appreciate that service. Some of them are selling products that they believe in and some are just selling products to make money. If they didn't make money, they couldn't be there and it's their job, just like the clerk in a store. It doesn't make them bad. Just my thoughts. Guest guest
I haven't been on this board very long - reading for just a few weeks and posted first a week or two ago. So forgive me if I am wrong, but I tend to agree with ND and ali. It kind of seems like this board is taken over by I want to unsubscribe people or Russ Newman posts. Russ, if you are Ann and , maybe you can just post in your own name and then everyone here with questions about your program can just ask you? > > > >About your list, you might as well put everyone in the " got > >better/improving " category, including me. Guest guest
Hi I have seen that Tarilee misses questions sometimes and sometimes I see people post to remind her to answer that question. I don't know if that topic has been discussed, have you tried doing a search? You could also try just posting it again. i would be interested in the response to that question too. I started with the three month rotation, but I had really bad die off with the caprol, and I couldn't increase my dosage very much. I decided to stay on it an extra month before I switched. plus after reading about the bad die off some were getting from the second phase I was a little nervous but it turned out not so bad for me. I have tried almost everything else and this is the first time I feel like I will get completely well. Thats good that you are able to figure out for yourself how long your rotations should be. I think you do have to listen to your body and like you said, everybody is different. > >I appreciate what you're saying. I have been on that program and I > >know it's working for me. What kind of rotation do you use?
Guest guest
Defending a person who is speaking about something that they say cured them is suspicious? Amazing. I really thought the McCarthy days were over, but I suppose not. Had the posts been negative, they would certainly have been heeded and applauded, but a positive note simply is not accepted unless some HUGE light comes down and touches someone else in this group. It really irks me that the negative tones FAR outweight the positive. I hope that someone besides gets better, but I doubt that they would speak of it in this group, given all of the suspicion, argument, etc., that goes along with even saying that you feel better.
