I am really interested in more information about healthy eating. My son and

I eat lots of fruits and vegetables and I rarely give him sweets or candy,

but we eat processed foods and meat (usualy just chicken) alot. I really

want to try and start eating better, maybe starting out with organic produce

and replacing some meat in our diet with soy, but I don't even know where to

buy this kind of stuff. I have not seen organic foods at the grocery stores

around here and I don't even know how to cook with soy or anything. Where

would I find organic produce? And does anyone have any links about healthy

eating? I'm not looking to go totally vegan at this point, just to start

eating healthier, less processed stuff.

hi kellie,

first, i would ask your grocery store if they carry anything organic and if

they don't--can they get any. second, look in the phone book for health food

stores and see what there is around you. and third, i don't have a link

specifically for you down in TX, but i went to www.northeastcoop.com, since i

am in NY and they list people/stores in my area that buy in bulk--you join

one of the co-ops and then you can buy in a group whatever they buy (some

only do dry goods and medicinal thype products, etc) i am sure there's one

near you, i just don't have a link for it. also, you can check with any

local farmers in your area to see if they are organic--produce/eggs/milk,

even meat. those are some ideas to start with--anyone else have any ideas?

the only other thing i should mention (i am a vegetarian, so i have to watch

out for this) is that most soy products are not organic and do use

genetically modified soy, also, most prepared soy products--frozen, etc

contain lots of processed junk and preservatives, so be careful there--you

don't want to trade one for the other--i did when i first became veg. also,

here's a link to read some more

" stuff " on soy (i haven't quite decided what i think about the whole thing

yet--but it's worth reading before you change your eating habits and then

maybe change them again in the future) www.soyonlineservice.co.nz/

There are at least 11 locations of Arizona Health Foods in the Phoenix Metro

area. They also have a website:

I agree with him, but let's not forget that Tom is a Scientologist.

There may be some information on CD from SNR or AAPB on starting a

practice.

Kathy Abbott

brain animation pro

Hi

Some years ago I bought a brainmaster and the brain animation pro

software also. Recently my computer crashed and when loading the cd rom

onto my new computer it is prompting me for a code (which I may have had

originally but don't remember). Does anyone know how I can load the

programme or where I can get an access code from? I don't even now have

the details of the doctor I purchased it from or where he bought the

brain animation pro cd rom from.

Many thanks
