Guest guest
I think the current statistics are that only 12% to 15% of cases of all types are approved the first time. At least, that is what is quoted by the lawyers who take cases. The people I know who have been successful more quickly for federal disability for Lyme have had LLMD's who kept excellent records and have begun with an attorney. Even so, they were turned down once. The payment is retroactive, but that is usually the pot from which your lawyer takes his fee.
