Hi Marloes,

Welcome to our group! It's good to have you.

We can all identify with you about craving sugar. Having grains also

increases sugar cravings. Taking a lot of vitamin C will help when

you crave sugar - take 500 mgs. as often as needed up to 4,000 mgs.

the 1st hour and then taper off to 1,000 mgs. per hour or when needed.

I found that having the almond/egg milk or egg milk with coconut oil

whenever I craved grains or sugar really helps. Early on I was

having 6-9 cups a day. It also has great nutrition. The recipes are

under drinks in our files on the left side-bar - you can add 1

tablespoon of coconut oil for each cup, but drink it hot.

>To make things worse I also recently got a galbladder/liver pain

Did they find anything to treat? Candida toxins cause all cells to

go rigid so it causes all kinds of problems. Curing candida will

solve many problems.

> I am 34 years old, married and a stay at home mum of two little

It's good to know about your lifestyle. I suggest you read the

articles in our files, especially " How to Successfully Overcome

Candida " - the diet is different than others recommended mainly

because it is so important to get rid of bad fats and oils and

consume good ones, along with having good animal meats.

Keep in touch with us and let us know how you are doing.

The best in health,

Bee

well let's see the doc still won't do a referral to the pain clinic. I still

don't have an appt with the nuerosurgeon although his office keeps calling and

saying they want a current MRI of my c-spine. I don't know what they mean since

I had 2 MRI's and an MRA done in Nov of my neck. I don't know what they are

waiting for. I'm not having anymore done, I'm already over $600.00 in the hole.

oh and did I mention that when I stopped taking the Vioxx in Oct I switched to

celebrex?

other than that things are running so smoothly...

Hi

Thought I would check in and see how your neck was holding up. Any

luck with getting in to see a neurosurgeon? My follow-up MRI/Dr.

appt. is next week. Best wishes.

found out my Kaiser facility has a pain clinic and that the doctor is

one who says he'd rather see people without pain and worry about if too

much Aleve is causing permanent stomach damage later.. sounds like my

kind of guy.. so will ask to be sent there

Hi Robin,

Welcome to the group, but sorry that you have RA. My RA started with

the new millenium, in early 2001. We do understand what it's like to

have RA and other autoimmune diseases. You can come here to whine or

let off steam or whatever.

Do you have a good rheumatologist? What meds are you on? Is your RA

under good control? I have been on methotrexate, then Arava, and now

Enbrel. I am having very good results with Enbrel. Tell us more about

yourself. Sue

There is a thyroid UK board that is quite good, found from

http://www.geocities.com/thyroide They can help you find docs who can treat

you properly.

have joined the group to talk to people who are going through the same

thing. I take 75mmg of thyroxine a day and have been symptom free until

just recently. I find that my short term memory is becoming increasingly

unreliable which is having a knock on effect at work. I'm suffering from

depression and low self esteem but my thyroid levels have come back as

normal today. Reading some of your messages it seems that normal thyroid

levels can come back on a blood test but things are still not right. Any

ideas how I should approach my GP now. I'm sure that the depression is

caused by my thyroid problem. Has anyone else experienced this.

Believe it or not this message that wrote is a answered prayer. Early this morning I was praying and asked God to allow the members in the group to be able to say that there day is better than yesterday. I also asked Him to allow you guys to share it with the group no matter how big or small the good day was. You have made my day . It just confirms to me that God does hear my prayers.

For once I didn't trip (woohhoo) My left leg has some numbness in it (dont know if it will come back completely) but i was more aware of my surroundings. That has been my longest walk outside. My right side hurts just a little bit. So it was a good walk id say. So now i have to rest up, I'm planning on selling AVON just to bring in a little bit of money. I can honestly say (tring not to be negative) but i dont think i can sit at a desk all day long. and thats all my background is on- office work. So I'm off to try and start training our Min Pin on

Janine,

I'm glad :D

today I'm having an ok day... have any of you noticed that your back hurts more with colder weather. I'm here in Wisconsin and today is finally a cold day but at the same time I feel stiffer in the back at least more than usual. I'm just thankful that I have this little girl sitting next to me saying "momma I got an idea" and well go and do her idea LOL. Hoping everyone else is getting ideas. Have a good weekend.

ugh ok now i have a reason to like summer LOL I'm so not looking forward to this mess come winter. I've noticed tho with other people who know about my back problems, that they will sit there and complain about the littlest thing, i just sit back and i smile and say oh that must be really rough on you. If only they knew the pain that we all go through every single day of every single hour. They are taking life for granted, it really urkes me. I just thought id share my rant today :) And here i struggle just to be able to clean my house and take care of my daughter, if only i had there pain. once again have a great weekend!!

So I'm off to try and start training our Min Pin on

picking up things for me hehe you have to find something to do LOL. I hope everyone is feeling good today... And I look forward to getting to know more of you :)

If only they knew the pain that we all go through every single day of every single hour. They are taking life for granted, it really urkes me. I just thought id share my rant today :) And here i struggle just to be able to clean my house and take care of my daughter, if only i had there pain. once again have a great weekend!!

today I'm having an ok day... have any of you noticed that your back hurts more with colder weather.

Believe it or not this message that wrote is a answered prayer. Early this morning I was praying and asked God to allow the members in the group to be able to say that there day is better than yesterday. I also asked Him to allow you guys to share it with the group no matter how big or small the good day was. You have made my day . It just confirms to me that God does hear my prayers.

that just burns me when my hubby tries to do it to me. there was a time when he would just take them and not say anything to me I would not notice until i started to run out. I had to hide them he got the clue but then had the nerve to start asking for them. now i tell him if he asks that he needs to make an appointment. well miracuously he gets better IMAGINE THAT Goodman <moon_angel_goddess27@...> wrote:
