I would push and be so persistant until they give

in. Meanwhile, see if you can go to another doctor

and get in. I heard that HMO is really stubborn. It

sounds as though you do have some of the classic

symptoms. There are however other linked symptoms but not

everyone has all of them. Everyone's symptoms are

different. Keep harrasing the doctor's office and tell them

that it is urgent that you get in. If push comes to

shove, get a lawyer friend to contact the HMO people and

tell them a thing or two and to light a fire beneath

their butts. I am mean when it comes to insurance

companies. I have been screwed too many times by them. Good

Luck.

When I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism I went

to the doctor because I was sick with a cold. Maybe

you can invent a sickness of some sort, get an

appointment and while you are there just casually tell the

doctor how you've been feeling so sluggish and tired and

cold. Ask the doctor what could be wrong with you for

you to be feeling this way and then go from there.

One thing I did recently was take the book The

Thyroid Solution in with me so I could have it as a back

up. At the time I was asking for Cytomel which is T3

to take along with my Synthroid. You do have to be

persistent, find out all the information you can and don't

stop asking for what you feel you need. My doctor was

really stubborn recently until I finally told her I

couldn't take it anymore. She has since really worked with

me. It is hard but having hypothyroidism go untreated

is awful.

Welcome to the club. We have a nice

I read an article in Family Circle magazine, and

I had every symptom you could have for

hypothyroidism,I went to my doctor and told them I wanted to be

tested for this and they looked at me real funny like I

didn't know what I was talking about.
When my tests

came back positive and my levels were over 100,I could

just imagine their look on their faces, Sometimes we

have to ask to have things done and to be tested for

things, you know your body better than anyone and when

something is not right you know it!
Good luck in finding

Hi Shyvo. Welcome to the club. I am also a lucky

member of an HMO so I know exactly how you feel. My

situation is much likes Tyra's. I went to the doctor's

because I was having another problem and when I was there

I told him that I was having alot of strange

problems (like my hair falling out, etc...). I had no idea

that I had a problem with my thyroid. I feel very

fortunate that my doctor tested my TSH level right away

after reading some horror stories that other people

have been through. It has been a bit of a struggle,

but I am trying my best to keep on top of it. I would

try to come up with an " illness " so that you can get

in as a " sick " patient rather than waiting for a new

patient visit. Good luck and keep us posted.

As with vaccines in general I think the best thing to do is just keep it

simple and say...this is what we have decided to do....

no we do not wish to discuss it.We are aware of the pros/cons and are

comfortable with our choices.

Ofcourse if you are up for discussing it by all means do so,but don't think

that you HAVE to.

Dear Daisiesbears,

Tell your doctor that the vaccines in Canada have 2-phenoxyethanol as a

preservative and you dont want it injected into your child.

You want to see more long-term studies before considering it for your child.

There are only 3 studies done worldwide. One in America two in Germany. ( I can

give you details.I spoke to the author of one of them here in Germany and he

said that 2-phenoxyethanol was toxic and could be expected to cause ADHD

symptoms in later childhood.) Tell you doctor you would be happy to go over the

studies with your doctor.

For the Americans on this list, 2-phenoxyethanol is also in American vaccines

and is being used more and more as an alternative to Thimerosal.

Stop and think about this........isn't this amazing that we have to feel

this way or think we do??

Who are these people to tell us what to do with our lives and the lives of

our children.

Imagine going to buy and new car and having to get support to refuse to buy

one just because they want you too.

You wouldn't go back if they treated you the way that most doctors treat

you all.

I understand totally why you have written this, but when we stop to see the

forest for the trees it is ludicrous.

you will likely get a lecture on the benefits of vit k

DON'T let them scare you

they will tell you all kinds of horror stories about what could happen

if you don't do it

BE FIRM

this is YOUR baby and YOUR decision

they have to respect that

all you need to do is politely say no thank you

you may have to keep repeating yourself, no thank you, no thank you, no

thank you

remember, this is your sweet baby and you are the parent and it is your

decision

Dear Jim,

From experience I can tell you pain in the arm and numbness are not

pulled muscles. I ruptured C6 and have bulging disc in C5. The pain

you describe is the same I went through. The doctor should know that

any numbness in fingers is sign that nerves are involved.I went on

the recomendation of neurosurgeon and had discectomy ( he removed 60%

of C6 disc material that was pressing on spine and nerves ) the

numbness in my thumb, forefinger remain. My arm pain is gone, but has

been replaced with neck pain. I am not saying you have a ruptured

disc - could just be bulging slightly and press on nerves. Depending

on whichj discs involved is where numbness shows up.If your pain

doesn't resolve you need to see another doctor. I can't recommend

surgery if it is ruptured. Although some people have good results. My

surgery was posterior (from the back of the neck) most from the front

are not as bad Hopefully you can avoid surgery all together.

Good luck. Look on internet using this: " ruptured disc "

diagnosis " patient education " -.com

Helps bring up articles without all the commercials.

Thanks for the info. I don't understand why my MRI didn't show any problems. Everything I read points to some type of nerve problem. I see my doctor again on Monday. Hopefully he will have another option for me to examine. Have a Happy Fourth!bibsy52 <bibsy52@...> wrote:

my friend, if that is all you have, a severe pulled muscle, please count your lucky stars and listen very carefully to your doctor's. Take your inflamation medication...., and be very very good to your back.... My husband would give anything, anything to have a pulled muscle in his neck or back..... I wish you the best of luck, I hope and pray for your speedy recovery.. God Bless

Mike, we are a large therapy center in Sarasota Fla. (six therapists) and we use the QXCI (six systems) the Biccom as well as a rife system and of course the Russian SCENAR. visit our web site www.quantumwellnesscenter.com for background info then call me for comparison information from a therapeutic perspective, not just a marketing one. Hi Mike,

I am from an IT technical background also and also use Reiki - from my own experience if you

are also looking for NLP the QX is amazing and I've experienced very powerful effects with the

emmotional and spiritual panels on the QX.

I've just been on a Higher Purpose seminar with Suzan Covington and it was absolutely amazing -

we used the NLP panel quite a lot and it is so accurate and quick at pinpointing emmotional problems,

both hidden and covert.

I don't really know much about BICOM but I had some allergy treatment on it from Kinesiologists

also - don't happen to live near Cardiff do you?

Also the QX has all the acquapoints etc also on it - in fact I don't think there are any alternative

therapies that the QX doesn't have embedded within it. Just depends on where your skills lie.

If you are coming from a spiritual approach, ie Reiki then personally I would recommend the QX

hands down as it has a very strong spiritual orientation - there is also an added Prayer Wheel

program which I've found is also very effective.

If you want to have a chat about the QX with another IT and Reiki person, please feel free to

email me direct for telno etc.

Best Regards

Ann

Hello all,

I have been looking at this site for a short while and have been very impressed with the sharing of information and support you give each other.

This is my first posting to this site and I would be most grateful for any feedback from anybody who is familiar with the BICOM2000 as well as the QXCI.

I have recently found out about bio-resonance as a diagnostic and therapy tool. I discovered it after finding I had an allergy and various toxins, parasites etc in my body via a clinical Kinesiologist.

My search for a 'cure' for my allergy initially led me to a BICOM2000 practitioner who successfully treated my allergy. Having discovered the existence of this amazing technology I researched further and discovered the QXCI.

I have been looking to change my direction (from a computer / technical background) to helping people for some time now. I am qualified as an NLP and Time Line Therapy practitioner although I have not used this in a practice - I primarily did these courses for self discovery purposes. Very recently my focus has been guided to very spiritual matters and I feel my life is transforming due to this.

My question is this:

I have now had a demo on the QXCI and the BICOM2000. I have come away with the impression that both are amazing machines working on the same principles. However, the QXCI appears to be more sophisticated and relies more on the practitioner's knowledge and skills to interpret the readings. The BICOM machine seems to be more straight forward and may suit someone who does not come from a background such as Homeopathy, Reflexology, Reiki etc - such as myself.

My main concern in asking this question is that I want to feel confident that I am giving my future clients the best service I can. I have heard of practitioners who have both machines but my finances are very limited so getting one of them will be a stretch!

Your comments will be greatly appreciated.

Sincerely,

Dear Mike:

With your background in NLP and knowing that this phenomenal contribution of Bandler and Grinder has been incorporated in the QXCI, I am curious if your other alternative has this feature? If it doesn't, the choice would be a no brainer for me. Let me know.

Dear

Thanks for your reply.

I understand what you are saying about the NLP connection although my demonstrator did point out that the NLP interface was very basic. However my concern is mainly regarding how to interpret the large amount of information the QXCI puts out to then select a treatment - bearing in mind I do not have a medical or alternative therapy background.

Sincerely,

Mike Piper.............................................

Hi Barry,

Thanks for replying to my posting. I will take a look at your website but I may pass on calling you direct as I am in the UK. If I have any specific questions would you mind if I asked them by email?

Regards,

Mike.

Looking for advice

Hello all,

I have been looking at this site for a short while and have been very impressed with the sharing of information and support you give each other.

This is my first posting to this site and I would be most grateful for any feedback from anybody who is familiar with the BICOM2000 as well as the QXCI.
